cancellation policy

The first 50% is due up front and is non refundable upon booking. The next 50% is due 14 days prior to arrival and is also non refundable. We also require a $500 security deposit due 14 days prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded in cash upon departure after final inspection. Casa Playa Vista of Costa Rica is non smoking, and the rates include a daily maid service.
